Cancellation policy

  • The client may modify his reservation up to 21 days before the planned arrival (date, number of people, extension, etc.). From the 20th day onwards, all costs incurred as a result of this change may be invoiced.
  • Guests may transfer their stay to a third party prior to arrival and must, if necessary, notify the hotel before the arrival date. The third party and the guest are individually responsible for the total amount of the booked stay and the transfer fee.
  • The guest may cancel their stay up to 21 days prior to the date of arrival, in which case a 12.50 eur administration fee will be due per cancelled room.
  • In case of cancellation of the stay by the client from the 20th day before arrival, the following amounts will be due: 50% of the total amount of the booked stay or arrangement
  • In case of cancellation of the stay by the client from the 2th day before arrival, the following amounts will be due: 100% of the total amount of the booked stay or arrangement

All notes or invoices are payable at the latest on the day of the client's departure, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any note or invoice not paid on the due date will automatically generate an interest of 15% per year with a minimum of 50.00 eur.

In the event of a dispute, only the courts of Veurne are competent.

 

Arrival

  • Rooms are available from 15.00 hrs.
  • If you pay in advance or provide a credit card guarantee, rooms will be guaranteed until 19:00. If you arrive after 19:00, please inform the hotel of your estimated time of arrival.
  • If you do not pay in advance or provide a credit card guarantee, rooms will no be guaranteed by the hotel.
  • Exceptions are possible by mutual agreement.

Departure

  • Rooms must be vacated by 11.00am . After 11.00 am the next night may be charged.
  • Exceptions are possible by mutual agreement.

Cancellation insurance

We advise you to take out additional cancellation insurance or travel insurance with your insurer.

Additional requests.

Additional requests, arrangements or allocation of a particular room will be handled with the utmost care but are never guaranteed. If the hotel is not able to meet this particular request, this cannot be the reason for a free cancellation of the room.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the hotel

Parking

Parking is available for hotel guests. The hotel cannot be held responsible for damage to cars or theft of goods from cars.
